CITY KEEPS PUNISHING GAY BAR FOR GETTING IN THE WAY OF A RUNAWAY POLICE SUV

Do you remember that nice story back in December when a St. Louis city police officer lost control of his SUV in the wee hours of a Monday morning and crashed it into a gay bar known as Bar PM?

It gave new meaning to the phrase “police cruiser.”

Naturally, an officer promptly arrested one of the owners of Bar PM – Chad Morris – apparently for “improperly operating a bar in the path of an out-of-control police vehicle.” For context, google old episodes of the Twilight Zone.

Well, you’ll never guess what’s happening now. City Hall has managed to make this spectacular embarrassment even more spectacularly embarrassing.
