My daughter asked me recently why I needed to procrastinate so much about everything.

I told her we should talk about it tomorrow.

So, I’m the last person who should be whining about this. But why have all of St. Louis’ presumed thought leaders waited until it’s arguably too late to express opposition to a terrible rate increase from the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) –one that would punish residents and businesses throughout the area?

It’s a bigger deal than you might think.
